摘要 PURPOSE: A composition for manufacturing porcelain with the impact resistance characteristic is provided to improve the intensity of the porcelain by adding an alkaline agent into the porcelain and improving the bondability of porcelain particles. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a composition for porcelain includes the following: 1 to 5 weight% of an alkaline agent is added to the porcelain(130). The porcelain includes 65 to 70 weight% of SiO_2, 15 to 20 weight% of Al_2O_3, 3.5 to 4.5 weight% of Fe_2O_3, and 6.5 to 10.5 weight% of other metal oxides containing MgO, CaO, Na_2O, and K_2O. 2.5 to 12.5 weight% of a mixing agent is further added into the porcelain. The alkaline agent is one selected from a group including NaHCO_3, Na_2CO_3, and K_2CO_3. The mixing agent is polyethylene glycol.
