SIGNAL SEPARATION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SELECTING THRESHOLD TO SEPARATE SOUND SOURCE

PURPOSE: A signal separating system is provided to automatically establish a threshold value for noise canceling by the noise circumstance. CONSTITUTION: A power sequence calculation unit(320) calculates two power sequences about a target signal and an interruption signal by using a target mask and a complementary mask about the received signal from a plurality of microphones. A threshold value setting unit(330) applies nonlinearity to two power sequences. The threshold value setting unit set a threshold value for noise masking in order to enabling a calculated correction coefficient to have the minimum value.
