PURPOSE: A method and concept for developing apartment and shopping mall of commercial complex side in free economy section in song-do are provided to have safety and convenience to a person who resides. CONSTITUTION: A developing direction(developing concept) of a total site is constructed as a foreigner town. A developing direction(developing concept) of an apartment is constructed as a rental apartment area for foreigners. A developing direction(developing concept) of a shopping mall is developed for domestic or foreign people exclusive shopping mall. |
