PURPOSE: A vibration plate for a hard dome tweeter and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reproduce high-quality sound of a soft tone by manufacturing a vibration plate using inorganic material. CONSTITUTION: Inorganic material(31) and thermoplastic fiber(35) are mixed inside a container(11). A tool(13) in which a shape corresponding to a vibration plate(30) is formed is installed inside the container. The inorganic material and the thermoplastic fiber are adsorbed onto Indirect water(17) which is formed on the surface of the tool. The inorganic material and the thermoplastic fiber are separated with indirect water from the tool. The thermoplastic fiber is shaped in a mold which is formed into a shape corresponding to the vibration plate. The shaped thermoplastic fiber and the inorganic material are separated from the mold. |
