PURPOSE: A call switch service method of a mobile terminal and system thereof are provided to perform call switch without interrupting a call between a mobile terminal and a data communication device. CONSTITUTION: A control unit of a mobile terminal obtains the address of a data communications device(601). The control unit requests a call switch(603). In case an RF(Radio Frequency) unit receives a call switching completion message, the control unit controls the configuration of the mobile terminal(605,607).
