PURPOSE: An automatic welding device is provided to manufacture cheap cutting tool in which the cemented carbide is saved. CONSTITUTION: An automatic welding device is provided to manufacture cheap cutting tool comprises a cam index(10), a material supplying device(20) and a welding device(30). The cam index is installed on a lower table. The cam index connects a timing belt by installing a timing pulley on a cam index shaft which is upward protruded. The material supplying device forms a spinning table on a fixed table to rotate. Shank material installation grooves are formed on the spinning table at a regular interval. The welding device includes an electricity microwave electrode welding a blank material which is inserted in a shank material.
