PURPOSE: A thermal photo-detector, a thermal photo-detecting device and electronic equipment are provided to reduce loss of heat from an arm by increasing strength of the arm and prevent disconnection of a wire on the arm. CONSTITUTION: A thermal photo-detector comprises a thermal photo-detecting element and a support member. The support member supports the thermal photo-detecting element. The support member comprises a mount, at least one arm and a wire layer. The mount(50) holds the thermal photo-detecting element. The arm(60) is connected to the mount. The wire layer(80,84) is formed on the mount and the arm and is connected to the thermal photo-detecting element. The arm comprises a base connected to the mount and a body extended from the base. |
