PURPOSE: A polarization array antenna apparatus using a front to back ratio and a beam balance property and a dual polarization arrangement antenna device are provided to easily control a beam without a spurious wave. CONSTITUTION: Four dipole devices(231-234) are arranged to be overlapped. A dual polarization signal distribution unit(21) is arranged in the center of the four dipole devices. A feeder(221-224) transmits an in-phase signal to four dipole device. The dipole device group is composed to overlap or cross the equipotential points with the same phase and level.
