PURPOSE: A blowing device for a vehicle is provided to simplify the suction structure of internal air by forming suction holes in a space between an air filter and a fan. CONSTITUTION: A blowing device for a vehicle comprises an air inlet case(10), an air filter, a blowing case(20), and a fan. The air inlet case has an external air inlet(11) and an internal air inlet(12). Suction holes are formed on the side wall of the air inlet case. The air filter is installed in the bottom of the air inlet case. The blowing case is installed in the bottom of the air inlet case to be separated from the air filter. The fan is installed inside the blowing case.
