<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground analyzing apparatus for a building plot, which facilitates a ground investigating test. SOLUTION: The ground analyzing apparatus is comprised of a ground subsidence calculating means 22 for calculating a ground settlement S at a tested location, based on a load Wsw on a wrenched pyramid 83, the number Nsw of half-rotations obtained by rotating the wrenched pyramid 83 to penetrate the same to a predetermined depth, a thickness H of a consolidation layer of the ground, and a load q per unit area of a building, which parameters are test results of the Swedish sounding method. Thus, the tendency of the ground settlement can be grasped in the measurement field in real time, whereby inclination tendencies of various buildings can be quickly predicted. As a result, immediately after starting of the test, locations which should be tested are made clear, and therefore test is conducted only at necessary minimum locations, which saves labor and shortens a period of time required for data sampling, to thereby facilitate the ground investigating test.</p> |
