<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of database without restricting the time and the time range necessary to check the registered contents of the database nor damaging delivery matter. SOLUTION: The delivery matter processing apparatus is for confirming the missing address of database by displaying a photographed image of a delivery mater whose address corresponding to the database 17 of registered addresses in delivery order and address information inputted by a video coding disk(VCD) 22 for the image.</p> |
