PURPOSE: A positive-displacement pump is provided to prevent a bushing from rotating or slipping by forming flat parts on the inner diameter of a piston and the outer diameter of the bushing. CONSTITUTION: A positive-displacement pump comprises a gear box, a cylinder block(20), pistons(30,40), and a connection supporter(50). The gear box is connected to a drive motor and connects power to two crank shafts(P). An inlet(21), an outlet(22), circular chambers(23,24), and covers(25) are formed in the cylinder block. The pistons are installed inside the circular chambers of the cylinder block and pump fluid. The connection supporter is installed between the inlet and the outlet of the cylinder block and supports the connection ends(31,41) of the pistons. |
