PURPOSE: Functional dumplings, and a producing method thereof using a millstone are provided prevent the damage of micro-components including nutrients from ingredients. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of functional dumplings using a millstone comprises the following steps: mixing 60~63parts of flour by weight, 11~14parts of starch by weight, 25~28parts of hericium erinaceus extract by weight, and 0.1~0.4parts of salt by weight, and aging the mixture to obtain the dumpling skin(S10); grinding water soaked soybeans with the millstone to obtain soymilk(S20); sun-drying mushrooms, medical herbs, wild greens, and vegetables(S30); crushing the dried ingredients with a crusher(S40); mixing the crushed ingredients with the soymilk to obtain the dumpling stuffing(S50); dehydrating the dumpling stuffing by inserting into a sack, and putting the millstone on the sack(S60); and molding the dumplings by inserting the stuffing into the skin(S70). |
