PURPOSE: An oxide-based red phosphor is provided to enable the use for phosphors for UV-LED(ultraviolet excitation light emitting diode) through the enhancement of luminous efficiency exhibiting high absorption peak in a long wavelength UV region of 250-400 nm. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an oxide-based red phosphor comprises the steps of: (S11) weighing a calcium precursor, zinc precursor, titanium precursor and praseodymium precursor in order to have the composition of chemical formula 1: Ca_(1-x-y)Pr_xZn_yTiO_3 to prepare a mixture, wherein 0< x <1, 0< y < 1 and x + y is not greater than 1; (S12) drying the mixture; and (S13) sintering the dried mixture. The red-emitting phosphor is excited in the range of 250-400 nm. |
