PURPOSE: A polyurethane lining disc and a lining method for a butterfly valve are provided to prevent the tearing of polyurethane lined on the perimeter of a disc plate. CONSTITUTION: A polyurethane lining disc for a butterfly valve comprises a disc plate in which a groove and slip prevention protrusion(103,104) are formed along the perimeter and polyurethane(20) which is wrapped around the perimeter and outer side of the disc plate.
