PURPOSE: A device, for manufacturing sealing lip of metallic can, and metallic can manufactured thereby are provided to form a sealing lip in various shape structures. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing sealing lip of metallic can comprises a pressing block(10), an interlocking member and a lip processing body(50). The pressing block gives pressure to downward. The interlocking member moves to downward using the pressure of the pressing block. The lip processing body is connected to the radial direction of the metallic can according to the ascent and descent movement of the interlocking member. The lip processing body press-processes a sealing lip at a bottleneck of the metallic can from inside and outside.
