PURPOSE: A plastic flashing object, a flash detecting device using the same, and a medical image diagnosing device are provided to drastically reduce the inspection time and price of the plastic flashing object. CONSTITUTION: A flashing object is made of plastic flashing objects(10). The plastic flashing objects have a cylindrical shape which has a polygonal section. A hollow part is made of the central parts of the plastic flashing objects. An optical fiber is inserted into the hollow parts of the plastic flashing objects.
