TRAINING METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CHANGING THE POSTURAL BEHAVIOR OF FURNITURE USER

The invention relates to a training method and system for changing the postural behavior of a furniture user in a seated position during an activity including the forces of the upper body parts by means of a database related to position parameters for a plurality of body joints and to a plurality of body type positions corresponding to said parameters. Said method includes one or more step iterations that include, when a time threshold is detected, generating an alert calling for the user to carry out at least one movement and monitoring the compliance of the reaction thereof relative to the request. Said method also applies to a piece of furniture comprising settings made according to parameters corresponding to the parameters used in said database. The invention also relates to a system of this type for improving human health and to a user position detection device usable with such a system. See figure 1.
