PURPOSE: An apparatus for cutting a plastic ampoule is provided to improve the quality and productivity of an ampoule by preventing mixing of foreign materials. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for cutting a plastic ampoule comprises: a loading unit(20) which adsorbs an ampoule by using a vacuum pad and settles the ampoule in a hanger on a conveyor; a cutting unit(30) which cuts the entrance of the ampoule moving on the conveyor by using a cutter; an anti-static unit(40) eliminating static electricity by spraying ion air to the cut entrance of the ampoule; and a dust absorption unit(50) collecting particles to an intake duct.
