PURPOSE: A moisture control yarn and fabric are provided to ensure air permeability and heat insulation. CONSTITUTION: A moisture control yarn and fabric is formed of polyester fibers. The polyester fiber is prepared by adding functional mineral and inorganic antibacterial agent to polyester resin in a micro-powder form, and treating with alkaline. The polyester fiber has crack or pore in the fiber due to alkaline treatment. The inorganic antibacterial agent is silver powder or silver-containing mineral.
