PURPOSE: A seat reclining apparatus for a vehicle is provided to improve convenience by enabling a passenger to directly adjust the angle of a seat back when power is not supplied. CONSTITUTION: A seat reclining apparatus for a vehicle comprises a fixed flange(20), a mobile flange(10), an eccentric rotating unit, and a locking lever(90). The mobile flange is connected to a back bracket installed in a seat back. An internal gear surface and a through hole are formed in one side and the center of the mobile flange. An external gear surface and a mounting hole are formed on one side and the center of the fixed flange. The eccentric rotating unit eccentrically rotates the mobile flange. The locking lever is selectively meshed with the external gear surface of the fixed flange. |
