A housing unit(3) is formed by fixing a temperature sensor on a wire whose coating is removed and shielding an area whose coating is removed from a wire. A communications module(4) is connected to the signal processing part of the temperature sensor, receives information from the temperature sensor and changes the information to a digital value, transmits the information to the server in a network, and then transmits an on/off input signal to the switching circuit of the cabinet panel. A server(5) determines situations by processing Information, which is transmitted from the communications module, and analyzing the information and informs the information to the user terminal. The malfunction of an interior wiring is transferred to the user through a network according to the temperature information of each branch circuit.
