<p>PURPOSE: An aluminum powder preparation method and apparatus are provided to achieve small and uniform grain size of aluminum powder and to reduce processing time and energy consumption. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum powder preparation method is as follows. An aluminum material composed of aluminum chip or scrap is pulverized(ST1). The pulverized aluminum material is heated over the melting point in a rotary kiln and transfers while being rotated(ST3). The molten liquid aluminum separated from the non-molten aluminum material. The separated liquid aluminum is cooled to form aluminum powder(ST4). The non-molten aluminum material and the aluminum powder are sorted through a screen(ST5).</p> |
