PURPOSE: A molding module for manufacturing a microfluidic chip mold, a microfluidic chip mold manufacturing method using the same, and a microfluidic chip mold manufactured by the same are provided to more conveniently manufacture a microfluidic chip mold by easily controlling the height of a microstructure. CONSTITUTION: A molding module for manufacturing a microfluidic chip mold comprises a photomasking film(10) in which a fixed pattern is printed, a first substrate(20) which is arranged on the lower side of the photomasking film, a rim part(30) which is arranged on the lower side of the first substrate and accommodates UV curing polymer solution, and a second substrate(40) which is arranged on the lower side of the rim part.
