PURPOSE: A plate lamination type oil heat exchanger is provided to improve the pressure resistance and flow characteristic while reducing the overall weight. CONSTITUTION: A plate lamination type oil heat exchanger comprises a water layer(WS), an oil layer(OS), a water entrance, and an oil entrance. The water and oil layers are formed by successively laminating first and second plates and allow the flow of water and oil, respectively. The water entrance and the oil entrance are formed on corner parts of the first and second plates and communicated to the water layer and the oil layer, respectively. Band-type oil layer embossments are formed between the corner end and the oil entrance of each plate to surround the oil entrance.
