METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SOLAR CELL

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a solar cell is provided to improve the fairness and the profitability of the production of a solar cell process by forming a reflective film on the back side of a semiconductor substrate and simplifying the process. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor substrate(110) is prepared. A reflective film(130) is formed on the one side of the semiconductor substrate. An n+ area(150) and a p+ area(160) are formed on the other side of the semiconductor substrate. A first electrode(170) connected to the n+ are is formed. A second electrode(180) connected to the p+ are is formed. The step forming the reflective film comprises the step of gas implant and heat processing in the one side of the semiconductor substrate.
