METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SINTERING BRICK USED SEWAGE SLUDGE ASH

PURPOSE: A sintered brick using sewage sludge ashes is provided to produce bricks by recycling sewage sludge and control the brown color without addition of manganese by regulating the amount of sewage sludge ashes. CONSTITUTION: A sintered brick using sewage sludge ashes is manufactured as follows. Sewage sludge ashes provided in an incinerator are mixed with soil mix or Kaolin to obtain molding soil. The molding soil is molded through vacuum extrusion and dried to form a molded brick. The molded brick is sintered at a temperature of 1050°C~1180°C.
