PURPOSE: A side mirror system for a vehicle having a camera image display function is provided to employ a side mirror type display module, which displays images captured by a camera module, instead of the conventional side mirror. CONSTITUTION: A camera module(30) takes images of traffic conditions behind a vehicle. A display module(40) is formed in the shape corresponding to the conventional side mirror with a mirror coating film attached to the front side and displays the images captured by the camera module. A controller(51) controls the display module to display the images.
