PURPOSE: An atomizing nozzle assembly for manufacturing metal powder and a metal powder manufacturing apparatus comprising the same are provided to achieve an optimum quality metal powder under various processing conditions. CONSTITUTION: An atomizing nozzle assembly for manufacturing metal powder comprises a frame(110) and spray nozzles(121,122,123,124). The frame has a through hole and pairs of openings(111a,111b,114a,114b). The spray nozzles are installed in the frame, where the angle between the spray direction and the central axis of the through hole of the frame can be changed. Each spray nozzle can be moved on the plane which crosses the central axis of the through hole of the frame. The spray nozzles comprises protrusions(121a,124b) which are inserted into the corresponding openings of the frame.
