MOBILE TERMINAL AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A mobile terminal is provided to effectively prevent a post request of an instant message communication with the user who a sender does not want. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(180) receive a registered counterpart list which is registered from an instant message server. The control unit sets a first sender from the sender list to a communication blockage. The control unit sets a second sender from the sender list to communication permission. If the first sender is set to the communication blockage, the control unit receives an instant message of the first sender or transmits the instant message to the first sender.
