PURPOSE: A composite member, having inner groove of rectangular cross-section, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a layer height and to improve the integrity between a steel material and a concrete material. CONSTITUTION: A composite member, having inner groove of rectangular cross-section, comprises a concrete sphere body(130) and a buried steel material(110). The bottom flange is buried in the bottom of a leveling plate to settle the buried steel material. The buried steel material is an I-form steel material which is installed to form the upper flange to top of the amount vertical wall.
