PURPOSE: A method for improving picture quality is provided to generate frame data to be displayed after a set time by using a motion vector. CONSTITUTION: An image display device stores a first frame data(420). The image display device stores a second data of predetermined period. If an error occurred in a receiving signal, the image display device generates a motion vector between the first frame data and the second frame data(430,440).
