<p>PURPOSE: A method and a kit for selectively detecting a mutant virus using a PNA probe is provided to quickly and accurately detect an antiviral resistant mutant virus. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting influenza A virus neuraminidase(NA) gene H275 mutant comprises: a step of synthesizing cDNA from influenza A virus RNA by RT-PCR; a step of performing RT-PCR of the cDNA under the presence of a NA gene clamping primer set and PNA clamping probe; and a step of analyzing gene amplification and determining the mutation of the NA gene. The PNA clamping probe is 17-30 mer.</p> |
