Domain of the invention: Recipe of hand-made galaktobourekakia (Greek traditional cream-filled pastry). Preparation process: Winding of Beirut-type custard sheet around a stainless tube, pressing ofthe ends of the custard sheet towards the centre of the tube in order to acquire this last a creased texture, spreading of melted european-type cow's butter, baking into preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius, removal from the oven, rinsing with syrup, cooling and filling with pastry cream. |
