PURPOSE: A punching mold tool is provided to precisely mold a thin metal plate through a single process and enable simple exchange according to standards. CONSTITUTION: A punching mold tool for punching a part(H) comprises an upper mold(1) which is vertically movable and a lower mold(2) which is fixed directly under the upper mold. A forming mold(10) comprises a punch holder(11) which is provided under the upper mold to implement press-molding and separation of the part and a stripper(15) with a press die(15a). A punch(20) is installed on the forming mold and moved up and down to cut the part. A die(30) is installed in the upper side of the lower mold and has a groove(31) in which the part is placed. A fixing guide is installed a fixture(35) formed on the side of the die and moves back and forth to facilitate the discharge of a cut portion of the part. |
