The present invention relates to medicine, in particular to a powder with haemostatic and regenerative properties, intended for the regeneration of teguments, especially those with hair and to a process for the production thereof.The powder, according to the invention, comprises fibrin or thrombin powder, anesthesin, anhydrous magnesium carbonate, lactose, sulfamide and colloidal silver powder coated with polyvinylpyrrolidone.The process, according to the invention, includes mixing of powder components, at the same time mixing with a colloidal silver powder coated with polyvinylpyrrolidone is carried out in a gravitational settling cyclone by spraying in a countercurrent, using as a carrier dehydrated nitrogen. |
