PURPOSE: An initial rainwater treatment apparatus for a gutter is provided to maintain the optimum filtering performance by employing a structure easy to remove sludge in a perforated pipe. CONSTITUTION: A pre-processing bath(100) processes suspended matters and precipitate from initial rainwater. A filtering bath(200) comprises a filtering material layer(230) for filtering the initial rainwater, a first perforated pipe(210), and a second perforated pipe(220). A drain bath(300) receives the filtered initial rainwater from the second perforated pipe and discharges the initial rainwater through a baffle(340).
