Disclosed is an apparatus to deliver a medicament, including a medicament delivery device (650). The apparatus includes an actuator which causes the delivery device to deliver the medication when moved, and a locking member to limit movement of the actuator. The device further includes an electronic circuit (630) that outputs a recorded speech output (644), the circuit only being actuated when the locking member or actuator is moved.
