Disclosed is a pyridine or pyrimidine substituted 2-morpholin-4-pyrimidinyl amine of formula (I) or (III) where the variables are as disclosed in the description. Also disclosed is a composition comprising a compound of formula (I) or (III) and the use of a compound of formula (I) or (III) in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of cancer, in particular for inhibiting P13-K activity.
