Disclosed is a polymorphic form B of N-[3-tert-butyl-1-(3-chloro-4-hydroxyphenyl)-1Hpyrazol- 5-yl]-N'-{ 2-[(3-{ 2-[(2-hydroxyethyl)sulfanyl]phenyl} [1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridin-6 yl)sulfanyl]benzyl} . Also disclosed is the use of this form in the treatment of TNF or p38-mediated diseases e.g. chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and a process to prepare said form.
