The facing walls of the respective single fold panel pleats folded accordion style along a single elongate sheet 80 are fixed together to form a plurality of spaced side-by-side pockets 82, 84 for a drug. A drug is disposed within the pockets which are then sealed so as to contain the drug. The pleats in the elongate sheet are immediately adjacent and separated from one another along the length of the sheet, and each pleat is provided with side-by-side pockets. The sheet may be threaded through an inhaler drug dispenser and tensioned to tear open both side-by-side pockets at the same time so that the drug in each pocket can be dispensed together even though the drugs may not be able to be stored together.
