The valve (1) has a lower base (10) supported on an upper surface of a dispensing lid. The lower base is formed with an opening (11) allowing gas to penetrate successively into measuring chambers of a meter. An upper part (16) forms an inner space that is adapted to successively set each measuring chamber of the meter in contact with an outlet of the meter. Deflectors (23) are positioned in the inner space, and reduce pressure drop. The lower base is formed with an outlet opening (17) provided above which the upper part extends, where the deflectors are positioned in the outlet opening. The lower base is made of molded thermoplastic material. The upper part is obtained by molding of a thermal hard material.
