The valve (1) has a lower base (10) supported on an upper surface of a dispensing lid. The lower base is formed with an orifice (11) that allows gas successively to be penetrated into measuring chambers of a gas meter. An upper part (16) forms an inner space that is intended successively to set each measuring chamber of the meter in communication with an outlet of the meter. The lower base and the upper part are two different parts assembled together. The lower base is made of molded thermoplastic material. The upper part is obtained by molding of thermal hard material. The upper part and the lower base are obtained by bi-material injection.
