The device i.e. catalytic lamp (1), has a reservoir (111) containing a liquid e.g. diluted or concentrated product, with a substance to be dispensed, and for capillary supplying of the liquid to a dispensing head (130). Another reservoir contains another liquid e.g. dilution base. A movable intake element (12) is connected to the reservoirs to receive the liquids via a supply spindle (124) and to conjointly and simultaneously supply the liquids to the dispensing head.
