PURPOSE: A ink refill device of ink usage writing instrument is provided to have simple process of refilling the used writing instrument, and to be economical and environment-friendly since writing instrument can be reused. CONSTITUTION: In one side, the breather(111) is formed to be bored with outside. In the exhausting part, the ink(10) saved in the internal space is exhausted in the other side. In the ink container(110), the exhausting part(114) is formed. In one side, the fitting part(130) in which front part of the writing instrument(20) is combined to be detached and attached, is included. In the other side, the influx unit(140) in which the ink(10) flows in from the ink container is formed. The writing instrument holder(120) is formed so that the fitting part and influx unit(140) be connected. One end of the connection pipe(170) of the inner cavity is combined in the exhausting part of the ink container and the other end is combined in the influx unit of the writing instrument holder. The fitting part comprises the adhesion member(131), which supports the front part of the writing instrument by being adhered closely to the front part of the writing instrument, and the deformation supporter(132) which supports the adhesion member and which is formed in the inner side of the adhesion member. |
