The system has an embarked global system for mobile communications (GSM)/GSP modulator/demodulator, a telephonic call center and a charging port for electric vehicles, where the charging port is dependent of the call center for delivering electrical energy via the embarked GSM/GPS modulator/demodulator. An electronic switch at interior of the charging port is controlled by a coded signal when the charging port of the vehicle is connected.
