The turbine (1) has a rotor (2) movable around a main rotational axis (A1) i.e. vertical axis, and provided with hollow blades (3-5) that are movable around secondary rotational axes (A2) on lower and upper blade supports (6, 7). The supports are mutually integrated with one another by connection shafts (8-10). The supports are not provided with connection shafts at the level of the main axis. The shafts simultaneously constitute the secondary rotational axes of the blades. The supports and the connection shafts constitute a self-supporting rigid structure.
