<p>PURPOSE: An intelligent lighting control system and an accident management system using a camera unit are provided to use more efficient illumination in comparison with a conventional timer and an illuminance sensor by managing a monitoring region and an intersection region which are virtually divided through an intelligent image analysis. CONSTITUTION: In an intelligent lighting control system and an accident management system using a camera unit, an intelligent image analyzer(102) is comprised of an environment recognition module and a situation recognition module to recognize an object. An intelligent illumination control device(103) adjusts the degree of the intensity of radiation of a lamp comprised of an LED lamp panel at observation sectors according to the situation thereof. A storage unit(105) stores an object value corresponding to the result of a predetermined event / accident which is generated in the observation sectors.</p> |
