The device has a gripping unit (PRE) and a working unit (TRA) that are separable and rigid, where the gripping unit and the working unit. A socket is blocked in position by a mechanical resistor of the gripping unit and the working unit to ensure blocking of a sheeted abrasive band (BAN) e.g. abrasive grains, in position under the tension. The gripping unit has flat posts (MON1, MON2) identical fixed to ends of a cylindrical handle (POI).
