Disclosed are 2-alkylthio-2-quinolinyloxy-acetamide derivatives of formula (I) wherein Ar is a group of formula (A) and the remaining substituents are as defined in the specification. Also disclosed are processes for preparing them, to compositions containing them and to methods of using them to control phytopathogenic fungi.
